Your phone number is the key. The driver rings the gate, the gate reads the caller ID, and if that number is on our list it hangs up and opens. There's no app, no code and no remote to lose. List every mobile that needs to get in — two drivers per space, plus one account administrator. A number we don't hold won't open the gate, and a phone set to withhold its number won't either: caller ID has to be switched on. If a driver leaves, tell us or take them off yourself in your customer portal.
One number on top of the driver allowance. This is who runs the account: they get gate access, and they're who we deal with when numbers need adding or removing.
One block per space you've booked, asking only for what that size of space actually takes. Add or change your spaces above and these follow.
Your car goes in your space. When the truck is out, the space it leaves behind is where the driver's car parks. Cars are not to be left in the driveway, across another space, or anywhere that isn't your space. List every car that might be left here. More than one driver often shares a truck, so you can register up to three cars per space. A car we don't have on file is a car we can't tell from an abandoned one.
A security deposit equal to one month, plus the balance of your commencement month pro rata. After that, an invoice on the 1st of each month, due on the 7th.
Direct debit is handled by GoCardless. We send you a secure link, you authorise it once, and it comes out automatically. You can cancel it at any time.
Weekly billing is direct debit only, and carries a $2.50 per week admin fee — weekly costs more to process than monthly, and that covers the difference. Monthly billing has no fee either way.
The commencement payment can be made any way you like — card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayTo, or tap your card here on the spot. The choice above only applies from your first invoice onwards.
